Go backstage to discover how to live God's way through some great Bible stories in this eye level club programme from Scripture Union. Ideal for use with children with no church background, "Dress Rehearsal" contains eight sessions for a children's club, material for activity days and online assembly material, helping churches stay in touch with holiday club children throughout the year. "Dress Rehearsal" is the follow up eye level club programme to "Showstoppers", and explores the five Must Know Stories not covered in "Showstoppers", together with three more stories that help children examine what it means to live God's way.All eight stories are also found in "Into The Bible", SU's RE resource for KS2. This allows churches and schools workers to link "Dress Rehearsal" into the RE classroom. "Dress Rehearsal" features the same tried and tested mix of games, craft, storytelling, listening to and reading the Bible, creative prayer and response time throughout the eight session programme. In addition, there are activity days for churches to use during the year, based on some of the stories in "Dress Rehearsal". This gives churches another choice in how to keep contact with holiday club children during the rest of the year.
