About the Author Catherine Ritch Guess, a published composer, enters the world of inspirational fiction with the first volume of her Eagle's Wings Trilogy. She is currently working on a CD of music to accompany each of her titles. A Diaconal Minister of Music and Education with the United Methodist Church, Guess is a highly acclaimed musician and speaker for conferences throughout the country. She holds degrees in Church Music, Music Education and a Master's in Christian Education, with seminary work done at SMU in Dallas, TX. When she is not making music, she can be found writing in the mountains of NC or the deserts of AZ. A mother of three sons, she and her husband, Glenn, live in Charlotte, NC. A five month journey down a path that teaches two people of different walks of life teaches them of a love far greater than any physical or emotional sense of the word.
